40 Min Smooth & Spicy Yoga Flow | Intermediate / Advanced

This honey yoga flow is a 40 minute slow and strong practice, where we will move through transitions like moving through honey. Slowly, with control, awareness and strength. Don't be fooled by the sweet name, this yoga practice is not without challenges. It is the perfect harmony of control and flow, of softness and toughness, of ease and effort. The peak poses of today, which we will warmup to throughout the practice, are extended side plank, sugarcane, flying splits and possibly handstands. I always encourage you to adapt and modify the flow to whatever is accessible (and enjoyable) to you in the moment, so show up as you are and do what you can today.
