Loki Episode 4 Trailer Breakdown + Young Sylvie Footage Explained And Timekeeper REVEAL??

There’s a trailer for next week’s episode 4 of Loki and it’s showing a lot of who Sylvie was, and teasing not only her TVA capture, but a Timekeeper reveal too; there’s a lot to go around here so keep up. So, first thing’s first, we got some shots of Sylvie being taken into the TVA, being sat down with one of those power dampening neck braces. A lot of people would think that since we don’t see Loki in the TVA in this episode 4 trailer that Loki could’ve died on Lamentis 1 in that apocalypse; thus establishing Sylvie as the MCU’s Loki moving forward. That’s one theory. I have another. Loki is being held accountable for his actions by Renslayer who hates Loki because he’s a variant who shouldn’t exist. I can imagine there will be a whole scene about Mobius fighting to keep Loki alive long enough for the rest of the series or something. Whatever the case, it’s important to get Loki out of the episode for a while so we have time to learn about Sylvie, especially with this scene of her as a child being taken into the TVA. I’m calling it now: that hand on Sylvie is Renslayer before she was a judge, that’s all I’m saying. This shot is important because it means we are going to get to see the upbringing of the Sylvie Loki variant. This will be an episode delving deep into the history of why Sylvie hates the TVA, and I think I might have a clue: if she is being brought in by the TVA agent, that means the TVA set a reset charge in whatever Asgard Sylvie is from, erasing everything she’s ever known; hence the feud. In this shot, can we just acknowledge the killer instinct in her eye, and then the fact that she lobs a knife at someone standing tall over Loki and her. What if this place is the place that the Timekeepers are staying? Remember, she’s trying to find the Timekeepers; to destroy them because you can’t can’t revenge on the TVA without cutting the head off the snake- so, who else would she stare at in complete anger than a timekeeper? Then we get the scene of Sylvie and Loki sitting on those rocks from the trailer, with the purple haze, and rocky terrain, it seems like they are still on Lamentis; possibly being the only two survivors. On the two rocks, she explains to Loki why she exists, she talks about her purpose, and her purpose she believes is to create chaos which is exactly what drove Loki this far this who time, it’s a trick an illusion, and Loki knows that now as of episode 1 and his arc in that, but he needs to teach this Loki, Sylvie, that the opposite is true; that they are worthy of redemption; that they are made for more than the illusion. So, then we get Tom Hiddleston saying that this version of Loki will be launching into the MCU with extraordinary energy, meaning the Loki show is only the groundwork of her character moving forward and could be the groundwork of the Loki character moving forward, so maybe Loki being dead by the end of the series isn’t exactly off the table.
