Popcorn Chicken - Think AIR...NOT OIL :)

Healthy Chicken breast dipped in flour, egg and panko (or cornflakes) with some seasoning. Put it in the air fryer and you've got yourself a meal with limited ingredients without a) OIL (who needs all that) b) stabilizers c) GUMS d) other words i can't pronounce in most chicken nuggets.... Throw it in a salad with dressing and avocado (my favorite) or eat with hot sauce or ketchup for a low calorie guilt free awesome as heck meal. **For chopped/ground diets chop into desired consistency and mix with BBQ/duck sauce. Puree diets avoid recipe. Ingredients: 2 cups Crushed corn flakes 2 Eggs 1 cup Almond Flour ¼ tsp Garlic powder ¼ tsp Salt ¼ tsp Pepper 3lbs Chicken Breast Directions: 1. Turn airfyer to 370 degrees 2. Stir together flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a one bowl. 3. Add eggs and a drop of water to a second bowl and mix 4. Add crushed cornflakes to the third bowl with more garlic powder, salt and pepper 5. Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Dredge in flour and shake off. Dip into egg and shake off. Coat with cornflakes until fully coated. 6. Spray inside of the air fryer basket. Place chicken spread out in the basket and close the basket. Cook for 6 minutes and flip over. Cook another 6 minutes until fully cooked. 7. Bake for 20-30 minutes on a baking sheet in the oven if you do not have an air fryer.
