DC universe: Random duel in the Watchtower

I just felt like randomly dueling people. His class is a pain in the ass though, with the shield and all. He's 8 levels below me and It still took a long time to get his shield down and attack him when he was vulnerable. Because of that, he was able to dish out damage to me while protecting his own. As soon as it was down though, I took him out.
