This mushroom recipe is a delicacy from Kashmirs wazwan.It is cooked in curd and masala. INGREDIENTS: Mushrooms (2 cups) Onions (2 small) Garlic (6-7 cloves) Ginger Garlic paste (1tspn) DRY MASALA: Salt (to taste) Coriander powder (2tspn) Red chilli powder (1tspn) Chicken masala (1 tspn) Tandoori masala (half tspn)...optional Turmeric powder(half tspn) Zeera (1tspn) Oil (1tbspn) METHOD: Mix all dry masala to curd and give it a good mix with beater so that no lumps remain. Put cooker on gas stove and switch the flame on and add oil in cooker and let it heat.Now add zeera and let it crackle. Now add sliced onions in cooker and fry until translucent.Now add garlic cloves and give it a fry. Now add mushrooms to cooker and fry for sometime. Add ginger garlic paste and fry. Now finally add curd and masala mix to the cooker and fry until oil oozes out on top.we can add green coriander too at this point. Cover the cooker with a lid and give one whistle on high flame and simmer the gas n wait till 3-4 whistles. Let it cool down and open the lid. Mushrooms are ready to be served
