Noob does Grand Washington Hotel - Heroic Solo - Perfect Glass Cannon [Div 2]

Tom Clancy's The Division 2. All Modifiers. 1 Death to rogue agents. Solo. Heroic difficulty. Surprisingly this only took me 3 attempts. The practice run I did flawlessly. The second run I started recording and got sh*t on. The third run (this run) I ran into rogue agents and nearly killed both of them, but dying to them is fine. I'm going to count that as a win because I got the second one to 1 shot range before he killed me, I played like trash, so I died to tough enemies. I'm far from good at this game but I want to get better. So here I am trying to play through every story mission with perfect glass cannon on heroic. I don't really know how to avoid damage, so I end up sitting in cover a lot. The set I'm using doesn't seem to help too much especially with no armor regen. I'm using momento as a stat stick mostly. I can't run and gun with it like lower difficulties because of glass cannon and the enemies having more health than challenging. The weapons I am using are (Winchester model) 1886 and Chameleon. The 1886 is mostly because it is fairly ammo efficient and the chameleon is because I didn't know what else to put on. Maybe if I ever get a Scorpio I can use that instead. I have no idea if I will play through the strongholds and dlc missions like this. I'm afraid National Zoo will make me rage quit.
