Russian Gas explosion: 7 killed in residential building collapse

At least seven people, including two children, were killed and several injured when a gas explosion caused a partial collapse of a residential building in Russia's northwest city Yaroslavl. Over 130 residents have been rescued but many more are feared to be trapped under the debris. The explosion took place early Tuesday morning. Its cause is still unclear.
