Only 7 statues require Alohomora II to unlock. First, start the main quest: The Caretaker's Lunar Lament to learn Alohomora I and start collecting the statues. After finding 9 statues (check your inventory), return to the caretaker to learn Alohomora II. Then, after finding another 13 statues, return again for Alohomora III.
