It only took three years before Chevrolet decided it needed to completely redesign its pony car. The redesigned '70, the first of the second generation had a much more European feel, drawing some comparisons to cars like the Ferrari 250GT Berlinetta Lusso. Although the hood remained extremely long, it was no longer flat. The headlights were worked into the front body panels with large individual bulges, and the grille was much smaller in width, sculpting its way into the hood for a bit of a scoop look. The car also had a "chin" beneath the front end of the car and an integrated rear spoiler, both of which created downforce. This excellent restored Z28 has a 350 cubic 4 barrel V8, with a 4 speed manual tranny, 12 bolt rear with 3.73:1 posi rear, finished in factory Mulsane Blue paint exterior, factory correct blue bucket seat interior, power steering, power disc brakes, factory Z28 white stripes, a white vinyl roof, rear spoiler, dual sport mirrors with remote control, a 8K tachometer, center console, AM/FM / tape stereo, rear window defogger, front seat belts, and 15” rally wheels w/ Goodyear Poly Glas Tires. This pro restored Z28 shows off the second generation Z28 very well. Thanks for viewing.
