This is episode 2! You can already try the signature coffee drinks for 2023 spring and summer in our coffee shop! (all iced) There is this huge trend of making signature coffee drinks here in China. I suppose that it is because they are more easy to drink (often mixed with fruit juice and sugar). So we’ve been trying to create and make new coffee drinks every spring/summer and autumn/winter. Clearly iced drinks for spring/summer is relatively easy but hot coffee drinks for autumn/winter is really hard. For this season, we are preparing to launch three new signature coffee drinks: two without milk using our light roasted espresso coffee, olive blend and one with milk using our dark roasted espresso coffee, bluto blend.
