At Prime Minister’s Questions today, I asked Theresa May why the Tories wasted £3 billion on a top-down re-organisation of the NHS that no-one wanted while, due to lack of funding, A&E departments across the country are threatened with closure, 3.6 million people remain on NHS England waiting lists, and another winter crisis looms.
