Shopping list: Avocado appetizer: 16oz of Scallops 2 avocados 8 slices of bacon ½ onion Olive oil 1 cup of roma tomatoes 2 cloves of garlic 3 sprigs of basil Fresh Brussel sprouts 1 oz of lemon juice Bacon from scallops dash of red pepper flakes Box of Gnocchi (cooked) 8oz of fresh mozzarella Mix all of the ingredients together and add salt, pepper and spice to taste. Serve this with scoops or freshly fried chips. Step 1: Cook bacon until crisp in a pan and save all the dripping for the scallops. Step 2: Cut and clean the Brussel Sprouts, put them on a pan with olive oil, salt, pepper, and crispy bacon cup in pieces. Place in oven on 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese when ready. Step 3: Dry scallops and lightly season with salt and pepper. Use the bacon grease and add a dash of olive oil. Turn the stove on high and cook until golden brown on both sides. Step 4: Set scallops aside and add one clove of chopped garlic to pan and toss the gnocchi in pan until hot.
