South Korea's special envoy to Russia set to depart for Moscow

文대통령 러시아 특사 송영길 의원 오늘 출국…4강특사 마지막 South Korea's special envoy to Russia is scheduled to depart for Moscow later today. He is the last, among the five special envoys recently appointed by President Moon Jae-in, to embark on his diplomatic mission. Democratic Party lawmaker Song Young-gil is expected to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, to discuss bilateral energy cooperation and broader strategic partnership. Putin has said he's interested in playing a constructive role in resolving North Korea's growing nuclear and missile threats.
