Bill Zacharkiw's Mid-week wine: A taste of Tunisia
Mornag 2013, Château Saint Cyprien, Château Reine Elissa, Tunisia red. Blend of syrah and cabernet sauvignon. No lack of torque for the price, honest, and can handle a steak. Rustic, with grippy tannin and lots of density. Fruit wavers between blackberry and dark plum.
