Hemodialysis Patient Care Tech Tips during training I New Tech I Your first 120 days

Hey yall, Just giving tips on how to deal during your training. A pet peeve of mine as of lately has been a preceptee being on their phone😳..LISTEN at some point of the day someone will be on their phone especially if their is a FA and no manager because we have to communicate with them that way. But if you are NEW to the floor PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY!! When I first started I didn’t even think about my phone until break time..and even then I just wanted a nap lol anyways here are some tips that will help you be a strong and dependable tech.
