December 10, 2020: A Service of Morning Prayer and Reflection at Washington National Cathedral

Prophets aren’t typically popular. They often tell us what we don’t want to hear. In the Bible, we hear of prophets confronting those who think they are righteous because of their religious practices. In reality, these righteous people’s faith is hollow and only for show. During the Advent season, we also have to confront a prophet. John the Baptist tells us before we can meet the Christ Child, we need to make room in our hearts from something more than our ego. Dean Randy Hollerith leads this service of Morning Prayer and Reflection from his home office. Thank you for joining us!
