Regen braking snow incident?

Our Tesla Model Y did a 180 into the ditch today while we were driving in the snow. Was it me, regen braking, or ...? Let me know what you think as I'm a bit confused. **Followup: Happened again in the exact same spot! This time I got on the brakes and was able to easily recover.
