Theft of Halloween decorations caught on camera

Some Lafayette residents are asking for assistance from the public in identifying four suspects who were caught on surveillance stealing Halloween decorations. It happened overnight in the Saints Streets area off of Johnston. The video shows four people run towards a home and take a pair of ghosts and run away.
