Official Website : http://home.ebs.co.kr/cook Bang Young-ah's Pickled Tofu and Braised Raw Peanuts, [ Pickled Tofu ] Main Ingredients Tofu (for frying/550g), Cooking Oil (3T), Sugar (1T), Chopped Chives (1T), Small Anchovies (20g), Rice Wine (1t) Seasoning Ingredients Soy Sauce (½ cup/100ml), Chopped Onion (2T), Sesame Oil (1T), Mirin (4T), Plum Extract (1T), Sesame Salt (1t) 1. Cut the tofu (for frying/550g) into bite-sized pieces. 2. Heat a pan, add cooking oil (2T), and fry the tofu. 3. Transfer the fried tofu to a bowl and let it cool. 4. Heat a pan, add cooking oil (1T), stir-fry the small anchovies (20g), then add rice wine (1t) and sugar (1T). Mixing 5. Transfer the roasted small anchovies to a bowl and let them cool. 6. Make the seasoning by mixing soy sauce (½ cup/100ml), cooking wine (4T), minced onion (2T), plum extract (1T), sesame oil (1T), and sesame salt (1t). 7. Layer the tofu and small anchovies in an airtight container and pour a little seasoning over them in between. 8. Pour the remaining seasoning over the ingredients and refrigerate for about 12 hours to mature. 9. Place the pickled tofu in a bowl and top with minced chives (1T). [ Braised Raw Peanuts ] Main Ingredients Raw peanuts (220g), cooking oil (1t), water (1 cup/200ml) Seasoning Ingredients Black sesame seeds (1t), sesame oil (1t), corn syrup (4T), cooking wine (2T), honey (1T), soy sauce (⅓ cup/70ml) 1. In a pot, raw peanuts (220g), 1. Add water (1 cup/200ml) and cooking oil (1 tsp) and boil for about 6 minutes. 2. Remove a small amount of the broth, then add dark soy sauce (⅓ cup/70ml), corn syrup (4 tsp), and cooking wine (2 tsp) and simmer for about 15 minutes. 3. Add honey (1 tsp), sesame oil (1 tsp), and black sesame seeds (1 tsp) and simmer. 4.
