Lutron LUT-MLC Minimum Load Capacitor ARW W1; not a solution for LED ghosting with Maestro dimmer

Here are some findings using a capacitor similar to the Lutron LUT-MLC ARW W1 minimum load capacitor with LED lamps and Lutron Maestro dimmer. It did not solve the issue with the LED lights not fully extinguishing off. The lamps still "ghost"/glow dimly. I'm trying to not have to replace expensive dimmers with more expensive LED compatible dimmers so I continue to experiment with various solutions.
