How to make Kayser Financiers

Here is my take on Eric Kaysers wonderful Financiers👑. I've added some mango pulp 🥭 (inspired by the amazing Joseph Brot) and I hope you'll enjoy the fruity note. FYI: I've used for sets of silicone molds not just the two in the video, but all four didn't fit the frame 🤷‍♀️. Because of the mango themed pastry I've used the track "Jazz Mango"🎼🥭 - it's the little things that make a difference👩‍🍳😘.
