I could never have guessed a pandemic would "ruin" our trip we had been saving for and planning for several years.... but as a true optimist, I couldn't let that get me down (at least not for longer than the few days I cried about it after it was canceled). We quickly picked ourselves back up and knew we needed to keep busy and stay positive. We had planned to start this house project at the end of summer but why wait!?
