Man killed in Southern Indiana police shooting led chase, fired at vehicles

A man in Tell City was shot and killed by police after he refused to stop for speeding in Cannelton, leading police on a chase and shooting at officers. The suspect then stole a second vehicle, driving to the Tell City Police Department and ramming police cruisers, before returning to his apartment nearby and continuing to fire.
