Jedi: Survivor - Fractured Oggdo… (Grandmaster, early game build)

If Spawn of Oggdo required 2 minutes of great gameplay, then this requires 5 minutes of perfection. Took me 7-8 hours across 2 days. General Tips: You need to want to do this. (That is if you want to stay sane, if not, feel free to crack on) Complaining about these frogs will not help you in this fight. If you’re angry, you will lose. Save it for after you’ve beaten them. I personally recommended removing earphones, or sound off; the music just made me more tense. Stick on something light in the background; you’re going to be putting on shift, so you wanna stay as chill as possible. THE STRAT (WITH DUAL STANCE)… There is so much that can happen in this fight that I won’t be able to explain, you’ll just have to find out for yourself, but here it is as simple as possible: 1) Target Oggdo Bogdo first, and use your light saber throws to get double hits immediately as you start. Don’t worry if you run out of force, we will create those chances. 2) The more damage you do to the frog, the faster it’ll get, and this is good cause then it’ll race in front of Green to attack you. 3) A slow backward circle will win you this challenge, and always try to target lock the frog in the middle (which will ideally be Oggdo). 4) In the first phase, Oggdo will only spam 2 bites (as well as all the other unblockables) so after dodging these try to get a hit. He might throw the unblockable bite, but you can dodge this and get another hit. (Only if you are 2 bites away from Green, take risks at your own expense). 5) If Oggdo jumps to middle, curve run towards him so he’s always first to attack. You have to play somewhat front-footed to win. You don’t need to double dodge every time Green tries to attack, the right circling speed will be enough. 6) After enough damage, he will enter second phase. Start running from Green to get distance, as Oggdo will go for big leap attack; double jump and land in dust circle to damage him and not yourself. This should hopefully be a free hit, and out of Green’s attacks too. 7) Second phase frog also unlocks the quadruple bite (not every time though), so again, stay wary before attacking, and remember, dual stance allows for move cancelling, this is really useful. 8) The frogs can spam moves, so if you don’t have a clear opening for an attack, don’t take it. Only when they’ve finished their moveset (you’ll figure out the rhythms). 9) Get lucky. Sometimes Green will throw an unblockable just as you’ve dodged or jumped, and you will die. These things happen. Just stay positive, and you will get the opportunity next time. After all these steps, you should hopefully be left with one frog left… 10) So just do all that again. But with the peace of mind knowing that there isn’t another frog trying to murder you! This genuinely could be a whole another video, but for now, this is all I can offer. Do not worry if you can’t do it, I thought the same thing - but I said to myself “lets just have a good ol’ crack now, and whatever happens, at least I can come back later and feel more prepared”. Lo and behold, 2 hours had passed and I had killed one frog. As soon as I passed that threshold, I knew it was possible. You will do it. Good luck.
