Forest Park serial rape suspect facing additional charges

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A grand jury adds charges to a suspect arrested in connection with four vicious attacks. Richard Singleton now faces two counts of rape, two charges of attempted rape, six counts of kidnapping as well as robbery and aggravated burglary. On Tuesday, Forest Park Police arrested Singleton on charges he broke into a woman's apartment on Quail Hollow Court. Investigators say, at that time, Singleton confessed to rapes in December and in February 2018.
