Sukno Aamer Authentic Tok Dal Today I will share with you the Authentic Tak Dal of Bengali. To make this Tok Dal, I used Dried Raw Mango or what we call Aam Delo. This Aam Delo can be stored for five years once made. With which we can get the taste of Aamer Tok Dal other than summer. This Aamer Tok Dal is a very favorite recipe of Bengali. I'm sharing with you how I made it ........ To make this Tok dal, I will wash 200 gms of Masoor Dal well and soak them for 5 minutes. I will soak three Aam Delo for 30 minutes. After 5 minutes, I will boil the Masoor Dal with a little water in a pan. When it is boiled, I will stir it with adequate amount of Salt and a little Turmeric powder. Now I will boil it for a while with the same amount of water. Heat the pan and add the required amount of oil. I will put a little Black Cumin and Panchphoran on the hot oil. When the smell of fried comes out, I will add Bay Leaves and a Dried Chilli. I will give it to you and I will fry it well with Raw Chilli and Onion cut into roughly chopped. I will fry it with some Curry Leaves and a little Turmeric Powder. The team boiled with equal amount of sugar will boil it in it. After soaking the soaked Aam Dal for 5 to 6 minutes, it will become a Aam Dal. Now Kancha Aamer Tok Dal is ready.
