Big Cat Habitat and Gulf Coast Sanctuary - Police K-9 dogs attack

Police K-9 dogs demonstrate criminal attack and apprehension procedures. The Sarasota sheriff's office is accepting donations to help acquire bullet-proof vests for their K-9 dogs. There are ONLY 1500 tigers left in the wild (!!!), and ONLY 10,000, out of 150,000, lions left. It is expected that there will be no more tigers existing in the wild within 12-20 years. Cougars (i.e. Pumas, Mountain Lions), leopards and cheetahs are also endangered. Only 10% of the rainforests in Madagascar, where the beautiful Ringtail Lemurs like the Habitat's "Gremlin" come from, are left as well.
