Chicken Keema Masala Recipe in 5 minutes ingredients: chicken keema 250grams onion 100 grams tomato 100 grams ginger garlic paste 1 spoon red chilli 1 spoon coriander powder 3 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 spoon garam masala 1/2 spoon salt 1 spoon pepper powder 1/2 spoon jeera powder 1 spoon mustard oil 4 spoons water 1 cup (250ml) process: take a kadahi or a pan and add 4 spoons pf mustard oil in it. when its starts smoking put chopped onion in it and fry till it is half cooked. after tgat add 1 spoon ginger garlic paste and fry for another 1 minute and add 2 green chillies (chopped). after that add minced chicken 250gram and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. add chopped tomatoes and stir continuously to avoid sticking on the kadahi. add all the spices one by one and mix them well and cook for another 2 minutes on high flame . now add 1 cup or 250ml water and mix the keema with the gravy and cook for about 5 minutes on high flame timm all the water gets dried away. Chicken Keema Masala Is ready to serve . place in a bowl and add chopped Coriander and mint leaves for garnishing. (optional) have with Chapati, kulcha, pav or rice. thanks for watching.
