In this episode, Sora and the gang arrive in the eerie world of Halloween Town. Right away, we can tell something’s off — the Heartless are just kind of… hanging around, not even attacking. Before long, we meet Jack Skellington, who’s up to his usual experiments with Dr. Finkelstein, trying to understand what makes a heart. After finding a few key items — including a Forget-Me-Not from Sally and a Jack-in-the-Box hidden in the Graveyard — Sora helps Jack piece together his latest creation. But of course, things don’t stay peaceful for long. Oogie Boogie is back and causing chaos, so we follow Zero, Jack’s ghost dog, through the spooky Moonlight Hill and across a bridge crawling with Heartless to reach Oogie’s Manor. Inside, we fight our way through waves of enemies, solve a few light puzzles, and take on Oogie’s mischievous trio — Lock, Shock, and Barrel — before finally confronting the big guy himself in the Torture Chamber. After an intense showdown, Oogie’s powers go haywire, transforming his whole manor into a living monster for one final battle.
