My strategy was setting Lloyd up as an evasion tank and pull the boss into the opposite corner. Casting Tio's Zero Field at the beginning gives everyone a bit of leeway and can be casted again to protect Lloyd. Sigmund has just too high DEF to damage him physically, so I used Gold Halo to do damage while also lowering his ADF. Try to also buff the art casters with Fortuna.
