United Nations "strongly condemns" North Korea's ballistic missile Launch

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Monday strongly condemns the Feb. 12 launch of another ballistic missile by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).    The DPRK on Monday claimed it had successfully test-fired Pukguksong-2, a surface-to-surface medium- and long-range ballistic missile, and its top leader Kim Jong Un guided the test firing, according to the state news agency KCNA.
