MCPD Comments on Silver Spring Officer Involved Shooting

Capt. Tom Jordan, spokesman for Montgomery County police, talked to MyMCMedia about an officer who was shot in downtown Silver Spring on October 14. After this video was shot, police updated that the officer who was shot died from his wounds.
