India 360: Massive voter turnout in Jharkhand and J&K

Threats by terrorists, separatists and Maoists have not deterred the people in Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir from coming out to vote in large numbers. Jammu and Kashmir saw a historic high turout of 72% while Jharkhand saw a massive 62% turnout despite threats from varius quarters.
