Rest Stop - Concept Art Timelapse

Prints available @ https://www.artstation.com/cstaehler/... A personal concept art project created in about 5 hours of experimentation. Designed the ship first with rough modeling/kitbashing and then used a mix of photo- bashing and hand painting to finish it off. Made an effort to try to capture a very brief moment of time during sunset (or sunrise?) with a little bit of humor. Really happy with the sense of monolithic scale. Software: Maya, Photoshop
