Pan African Parliament Opened

The African Union has endorsed the quest to give legislative and oversight power to the Pan African Parliament. A nod that would see the process of integration opens up avenues for trade and seamless economic transformation among African nations. The opening of the second ordinary session of the Continental Assembly in Johannesburg saw the call to have the Pan African Parliament get the green light to move its mandate from just advisory and consultative to legislative.
