(CAF)Confirms Playoffs: Cameroon, DR Congo, Gabon & Nigeria Battle for Final World Cup 2026 Spot!

Confederation of African Football, also confirmed that nine African nations have already qualified automatically after topping their respective groups. They are Algeria, Cape Verde, Egypt, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Senegal, South Africa, and Tunisia. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially confirmed that Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, and Nigeria will face off in a two legged intercontinental playoff for the last African spot at the World Cup 2026. The first match will be played on November 13th, followed by the decisive second leg just three days later a makeor break moment for four proud footballing nations.
