Apple's AirPort Time Capsule may be one of the easiest ways to simply back up your Mac files on a budget in 2023. Having originally started at $299, the Time Capsule is a steal on used websites like eBay, being easily found for about $20. With about five minutes, you can set up Mac Time Machine backup using the Time Capsule, and schedule it to back up as often as you'd like.
