[TAS] Lake Kingdom Koopa Freerunning in 15.88

Sub 16! This TAS saves 0.57 seconds over WR. While the beginning cap return jump strat, found by Gamaro, lands on the railing later than Trime strat (roll cancel vaulting), it allows Mario to land more right at a more left angle, setting up a fast roll on the small hill near the goomba stack, saving around 0.16 seconds. Both goomba movement and the surface of the water involve RNG, and the right RNG is needed for this TAS to work.
