Saul was hurting believers of Jesus, but God had a bigger plan for his life. Saul had a powerful encounter with Jesus while he was traveling to Damascus. His life changed so drastically and he went on to preach the good news of Jesus and never persecuted Christians again. God’s love changed Saul and it can help us change, too. There is nothing we can do to lose or earn God’s love- it’s a free gift! God never changes, but that means that we can.
