BAKED EGGS WITH FETA & TOMATOES BEST RECIPE FOR HEALTHY BREAKFAST

BAKED EGGS WITH SPINACH, FETA & TOMATOES. INGREDIENTS SPINACH : 300 g ( baby spinach) Eggs : 4 Tomatoes : 4 medium ( 1 can diced ) Garlic cloves : 2-3 minced Onion : 2 tbsp paste Oil : 2 tbsp Butter : 2 tbsp unsalted Heavy cream : 1/4 cup Feta cheese : 1/2 cup Paprika powder : 1/2 tsp Salt : according to taste Red pepper flakes : 1/4 tsp. Salt & pepper. According to taste. Method. Step : 1 In a pot melt butter and add olive oil on a low flame. Step : 2 Caramelised chopped onions and add mince garlic. Step : 3 Add spinach , chopped mushrooms ,chopped tomatoes and salt. Cook on low to medium heat till spinach and tomatoes becomes soft and water reduce. Step : 4 Place a baking dish. Spread spinach and tomatoes mixture on the dish. Step : 5 Make two shallow wells in the spinach batter and crack two eggs into them. Step : 6 Add feta cheese , spread cream over eggs. Sprinkle thyme, chilli flakes, paprika powder, salt & pepper. Step : 7 Baked the eggs uncovered 15-20 minutes at preheated oven at 180°C or until the egg whites are set.
