BOM forecast is for north to north westerly winds 20 to 25 knots, reaching up to 30 knots offshore. Winds shifting south westerly in the morning, increasing to 25 to 30 knots in the middle of the day and reaching up to 33 knots at times. Seas: 1.5 to 2 metres, increasing to 2 to 3 metres during the afternoon. Swell: Southerly below 1 metre. Filmed between 5.55am and 6.30am which was a couple of hours before a 1.7m high tide.
