#easyrecipe #tasty #patties #aloo #corn #ramadan #ramadan2024 #iftar #viral #trending #foodfusion ALOO CORN PATTIES Makes 6-8 Ingredients: 1 Teaspoon Oil 1 Cup Boiled Corn Kernels Salt To Taste 1/4th Teaspoon Haldi/Turmeric Powder 1/4th Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1/4th Teaspoon Chaat Masala 3-4 Boiled Potatoes 1/4th Teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes 2 Tablespoons Chopped Coriander Leaves +/- 1 Tablespoon Maida Oil For Shallow Frying Method: Heat Oil. Add the boiled corn along with the powdered spices and stir fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Filling is ready. Set aside Add the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, chilli flakes, coriander and maida and mash until smooth. Make sure there are no lumps in the potato mixture. If the mixture feels moist, add some more aida. The mixture should feel dry to touch and should not stick to your hands when you shape it in to a ball. To assemble the patty, take some potato mixture in your hands and flatten it in between your palms. Place some corn filling in the centre, gather the edges of the potato mixture and seal it. Add more potato mixture if needed. Make sure that the corn filling is well covered with the potato mixture. Shape it into a patty. Set aside. Similarly, shape all the patties. Heat some oil in a pan. Add the patties to the oil and shallow fry on medium heat until crisp and brown on both sides. Drain on an absorbent paper to soak excess oil. Serve hot with ketchup. Enjoy!!!
