On January 30, 2023, House Speaker Paul Renner introduced House Bill 543, which, if passed, would make Florida the 26th state to allow concealed carry of a firearm without a permit or license. Currently, with few exceptions, anyone wanting to carry a concealed firearm or weapon outside of their home must obtain a concealed weapon or firearms license, CWFL for short, from the Department of Agriculture. Although people refer to this bill as a "Constitutional Carry" bill, I believe a more accurate description would be a "Permitless Carry" Bill. @TheFirearmFirm 2A Freedom Fest: https://www.facebook.com/events/13467... At the very least, this bill gives Floridians a fighting chance to prevail in the event of attack. #constitutionalcarry #floridaconstitutionalcarry #HB543 I urge you to vote in favor of this important bill. 00:00 Introduction 01:12 House Bill 543 02:51 How You Can Help the Bill Become Law 03:11 Closing
