White Edge & Froggatt Edge Trail Running in the Peak District

A typical Sunday morning run in the Peak District, up to Curbar Cap then along Baslow Edge before heading up too White Edge, with a loop around Longshaw and Padley Gorge before heading back to Curbar Cap along Froggatt Edge in the wind and rain with lots of mud.
