Longest-serving woman in Senate dies at age 90

Senator Dianne Feinstein died Friday at the age of 90. She was the longest-serving female senator in US history. Feinstein became San Francisco's first woman mayor after the killings of Mayor George Moscone and Supervisor Harvey Milk by Dan White in 1978. She was elected to the Senate in 1992.
