Red, white and blue dessert Perfect for the 4th of July Ingredients: 1 ounce white chocolate red raspberries or strawberries blueberries white ice cream Fresh mint, for garnish Directions: Grate white chocolate onto each dessert plate. Top with a scoop of ice cream. Surround with red and blue berries. Grate additional white chocolate over the top. Garnish each plate with a mint sprig. Sue's Tips: At other times of the summer, use a variety of berries and try using dark chocolate rather than white. Always look for cocoa butter in the ingredient list before purchasing white chocolate. Those brands without cocoa butter will not have the rich flavor and will taste much sweeter.
