Breaking down Pittsburgh Steelers signing Mitchell Trubisky Pittsburgh fans knew the team would make a play at quarterback in free agency or through the draft. They couldn’t roll into 2022 with just Mason Rudolph and Dwayne Haskins at quarterback. Now they’ve added a controversial, rehabilitating former first-round pick (could also be used to describe Haskins) to a room looking to replace Ben Roethlisberger. Hopefully this two-year signing takes Pittsburgh out of the quarterback market in the 2022 NFL Draft. This is not a good QB class. The Steelers should focus on fixing the offensive line and make a play at quarterback in 2023 or 2024.
