New Old Stock Sega AC Adapters

Here's two New Old Stock (NOS) AC adapters I got for my Sega stuff. I do a voltage comparison between my refurbished 1602 and the NOS 1602. My second time powering up the NOS 1602 the voltage increased from about 12.65 volts to about 12.95 volts, that could just be the main cap "waking up" from being in storage for long.
