Take 7 to 8 arbi leaves. Wash and clean them properly. Take a bowl of gram flour and prepare a batter by adding salt, celery, hing, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, half teaspoon ginger garlic paste, one teaspoon dried mango powder, little water to all these things. Now apply a circle of gram flour on the reverse side of each leaf and fold it. If you want, you can also de-fry them and if you want, you can shallow fry them by adding two teaspoons of oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry all the leaves in the same manner. When they are shallow fried, keep them aside to cool. Now put two to three teaspoons of oil in another pan, add hing, half teaspoon of cumin seeds, a pinch of nigella seeds, one bay leaf, two dry red chillies, one big cardamom, one small cardamom, two cloves and one crushed cinnamon stick. Chop a big onion finely and add it. Fry the onion for two-three minutes. After that add one spoon of ginger garlic paste and forget it. Then grind two tomatoes and add half spoon of turmeric powder, half spoon of red chili powder, half spoon of coriander powder and salt as per taste. Fry the spices well. Add one spoon of Kitchen King Masala and when the spices are fried well, add one and a half to two glasses of water. When the water starts boiling, cut the Paton into two pieces and add it to the gravy. Cook on low flame for five minutes after covering it. After that turn off the flame. Add half spoon of Garam Masala and green coriander. Hot and very tasty vegetable is ready. Eat it with roti, paratha or rice.
