Shadow of the Tomb Raider / Path of The Living Puzzle Bug Fix

This is an extremely frustrating bug, I spent half an hour trying to understand the puzzle before checking walkthroughs and finding it's a bug. The solution is to lower your fps, either with third party software, or like I did it. I guess RTX isn't useless after all. My graphics card is rtx 3060.
